Withdrawals

Log in to your ph11x account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC complete) before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completed within a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount at ph11x is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification for security purposes. ph11x does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet may apply their own charges.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, a pending security review for large amounts, or bank processing delays. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours, please contact ph11x support via live chat with your withdrawal reference number.
