To access the full features of the ph11x Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
Each individual may hold only one (1) ph11x account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph11x employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph11x reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph11x login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph11x will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph11x immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ph11x is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ph11x for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph11x reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
ph11x accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph11x does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited to your ph11x wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph11x aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. ph11x reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud investigation.
All transactions on the ph11x Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ph11x is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ph11x may apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph11x, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
ph11x's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph11x account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph11x's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ph11x reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, ph11x will return any verified, non-bonus balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your ph11x account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
ph11x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph11x will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the ph11x Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and ph11x, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may raise a dispute by contacting ph11x customer support with a written description of your complaint. ph11x will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fifteen (15) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph11x from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
